Sales Documents
Pre-sale information, distance selling agreement and right of withdrawal. Sales are not open.
This is an informational translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.
Nothing is sold on this site at the moment.
No prices are shown, there is no “Buy” button, and there is no basket or checkout step. The “Paid” label on course pages is an informational badge; there is no sales flow behind it, and the button on those cards says “Notify Me” and opens the newsletter form.
Why this page is empty
Under Turkish law, a pre-contractual information form and a distance selling agreement are documents tied to a specific product, price and method of delivery. Until the product to be sold, its price, the payment method and the delivery method are settled, the mandatory elements of those documents cannot be filled in.
Putting up a sample text and saying “we'll complete it later” would be worse: a contract text sitting live on the site looks as though it took effect the day sales opened, without anyone noticing.
What will happen when sales open
Before the payment flow goes live, these three documents will be published:
- Pre-contractual Information Form — presented before the payment step, in a form that can be confirmed.
- Distance Selling Agreement — in the same flow, as a separate document.
- Cancellation / Refund / Withdrawal Notice — the scope of the right of withdrawal and any exceptions to it.
The sentence “digital products cannot be refunded” will not be written anywhere on this site. The exceptions to the right of withdrawal are tied to specific conditions in the legislation; without those conditions being met, such a sentence would unlawfully restrict a consumer right. Whether an exception applies will be assessed case by case, according to how the product in question is delivered.
