Conditions for using the site and the free resources, and who owns the content.
This is an informational translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.
1. Who runs this site
The site at emirhansevim.com is operated byEmirhan Sevim. Contact: emirhan@emirhansevim.com.
These terms apply to everyone who visits the site. By continuing to use it, you accept them.
2. Scope
This text covers the site and the free resources. No paid product or course is being sold at present; when sales open, separate pre-sale information and a distance selling agreement will be provided, and those documents will take precedence over this one.
3. Using the site
While using the site, you may not:
- act contrary to applicable law;
- do anything that disrupts the site or places an excessive load on it (automated bulk requests, security testing, unauthorised scanning and the like);
- attempt to circumvent the site’s technical protections;
- sign someone else’s email address up to the newsletter without their knowledge.
The site has no user accounts, comment sections or content upload features, so there are no rules here about user-generated content.
4. Intellectual property
Rights in the site’s writing, images, design, brand mark (“e.”), logo, code and the content of the free resources belong to Emirhan Sevim or to the relevant rights holders, and are protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
The brand mark and logo may not be used in another brand, product or piece of content without permission.
5. Using the free resources
Templates, checklists and similar resources you receive by joining the newsletter are provided for your own personal and professional work. You may use them in your own work, modify them, and produce output from them for your own purposes.
In return, unless you have express written permission, you may not:
- resell the resources or make them part of a paid package;
- redistribute them as they are or with minor changes, or post them anywhere publicly accessible;
- present them under your own name as if they were your own product;
- reproduce and distribute them as material for a course or consulting service.
In short: using them is free, distributing and selling them is not. If you need broader use, ask at emirhan@emirhansevim.com.
6. The nature of the content
The writing and resources on this site convey personal experience and opinion; they are not professional advice. For legal, financial, tax or investment decisions you should seek expert advice for your own situation rather than relying on this content.
Content reflects what was known when it was written. The tools, platforms and methods described may change over time, and there is no undertaking that every piece will be kept up to date.
No guarantee is given that the methods described will produce any particular result, income or success.
7. External links and third-party platforms
The site may link to other sites and social media accounts. The content, privacy practices and terms behind those links belong to those platforms and are not under our control. When you follow a link, that platform’s own rules apply.
There is no embedded third-party content on the site (video, social media embeds and the like); links take you to the platform, the content does not run inside this page.
8. Availability
The site may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failure or reasons originating with a provider. There is no undertaking that the site will run without interruption or error. Content and free resources may be changed or removed without prior notice.
9. Liability
Liability for indirect damage arising from use of the site is not accepted, to the extent permitted by law.
This limitation does not remove rights that the law grants mandatorily. Cases of intent and gross negligence, and rights arising from consumer legislation, are reserved; nothing in this text may be interpreted so as to restrict those rights.

11. Changes
These terms may be updated. An updated text takes effect when it is published on this page and the date at the top changes. Changes do not operate retroactively to your detriment.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Turkish law applies to these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of not specified have jurisdiction over disputes. For visitors who are consumers, the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved, and this article does not restrict that right.
